Jun 1979 : Phase 1
Sep 1982 : Phase 2
Oct 1989 : Post EIA
Phase 1&2
Aug 1991 : Phase 3 & 4
All environmentally sensitive areas are identified and monitored to ensure all environmental standards set by the Department of Environment (DOE) are well met
